EJMJ Inspect is a locally owned and operated licensed building inspection business based in Perth, WA. I have been a licensed builder since 2017 and have extensive experience within the WA residential and commercial building industry across construction, structural remediation, and building inspections.

 

Unlike many inspection-only businesses, I also carry out structural remediation works, providing practical real-world knowledge of how building defects occur and how they are properly repaired. My focus has always been on providing practical advice, honest reporting, and quality workmanship without the sales pitch.
