The Process
Once your inspection is booked, we take care of the coordination for you. We will contact the selling agent, property owner or tenant directly to arrange access and confirm the inspection time, keeping the process simple and hassle-free.

Every inspection is completed thoroughly using a practical, builder-focused approach. We inspect all reasonably accessible areas of the property, including roof spaces, subfloors, external areas, internal areas and wet areas, where applicable.
Our inspections focus on identifying visible structural defects, moisture-related issues, maintenance concerns and evidence or conditions associated with timber pest activity.
Where appropriate, we also use equipment such as thermal imaging cameras and moisture meters to assist the inspection and investigate areas of concern. These tools support the visual inspection and can help identify temperature or moisture anomalies that may warrant further investigation.
With extensive experience in construction and structural remediation, we are able to assess defects from a practical building perspective and explain what they actually mean for the property.
Once the inspection is complete, we assess the findings based on their significance rather than simply producing a long list of minor defects.
We aim to clearly distinguish between structural concerns, timber pest findings, maintenance items and general defects so you have a practical understanding of what requires attention and what may simply need monitoring or routine maintenance.
Where appropriate, we will also provide practical recommendations for further investigation or remedial works.

Following the inspection, you will receive a detailed, easy-to-read report within 24 hours.
Reports include clear photographs, straightforward explanations and practical recommendations, without unnecessary scare tactics or overly complicated terminology.
Our goal is to give you a clear understanding of the condition of the property so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
